Sustainable thinking

GINKGO's ST (Sustainable Thinking) Method represents an innovative and highly technical approach, inserting sustainability as a fundamental cornerstone in the creative and design process.

This analytical and strategic method stands out for its ability to integrate environmental, social and economic aspects into projects, with the aim of maximizing long-term benefits and reducing negative impact on the environment. Through the Sustainable Thinking Method, we are committed to being active protagonists in building a sustainable and meaningful future.

SOSTENIBILITÀ
SOCIALE

GINKGO takes a sustainability perspective that goes beyond the approach  exclusively environmental, also embracing social and economic challenges. In our project methodology, we aim to generate tangible benefits. Care for the quality of environments, the strengthening of psychophysical well-being, the promotion of sharing spaces, the diffusion of culture and the assumption of responsibility constitute the foundations of our proposals. Through these design choices, GINKGO aims to contribute to the creation of social sustainability that positively involves the community involved.

SOSTENIBILITÁ
ECONOMICA

The design of sustainable buildings stands out for the careful management of each phase of project implementation, ensuring full compliance with current regulations and the maximization of energy performance. To design zero impact buildings, we carry out a complete analysis of the building's life cycle, from the design and construction phase to management. GINKGO is dedicated to precisely evaluating each design choice from the economic and management point of view of the building, as well as its aesthetic and functional quality. This approach materializes in project proposals that meet the highest sustainable standards, optimizing energy efficiency and cost management.

ECO - FRIENDLY

GINKGO, at the heart of its philosophy, carries out in-depth analyzes before make design choices. This process includes an evaluation detailed environmental impacts related to each element of the project and the production of materials, considering criteria such as water use, CO2 emissions, air pollution and soil degradation. Furthermore, GINKGO establishes strategic collaborations with local suppliers to ensure a responsible supply of sustainable materials, coming from sources close to the location of the projects. This practice helps reduce the environmental impact of transporting materials over long distances. Furthermore, the adoption of renewable energy systems aims to maximize efficiency, reducing consumption and creating comfortable and sustainable environments over time.
